Logistics needs a system decision.

We help transport and logistics organisations define, select and deliver the right TMS, WMS, ERP, integrations and AI — on the client side.

THE DECISION GAP

Buying software is easy. Changing an operation is the work.

The expensive part is not the licence. It is unclear ownership, inherited rules, fragmented data and acceptance without a real end-to-end journey.

01

Different teams see different status

The order, trip, warehouse, documents and finance update at different speeds without a shared control event.

↘
02

The system reproduces the old process

Automation starts with a feature list, so manual handoffs and informal rules move into the new product.

↘
03

No one can accept the implementation

Without journeys, data owners and outcome criteria, the demo works while the live operation does not.

↘

OPERATING ENVIRONMENTS

The architecture follows the logistics model.

Explore segments ↗
01

Road transport operators

Orders, planning, fleet, drivers, GPS, fuel, documents and trip economics.

02

Freight forwarding and 3PL

Rates, carrier sourcing, multimodal routes, statuses, documents and margin.

03

Warehousing and distribution

Inventory, receiving, picking, slots, dispatch and transport synchronisation.

04

Manufacturing and retail logistics

Supply, plant and regional warehouses, delivery, returns and ERP integration.

05

Terminals and multimodal operators

Cargo events, capacity, documents, APIs/EDI and infrastructure dispatch.

CONTROLLED DELIVERY

Four decisions. Four concrete outputs.

Our approach ↗
  1. 01

    Diagnose the operation

Capture goals, processes, systems, data, losses and constraints.

    Current-state map
  2. 02

    Design the target model

Design roles, events, data, integrations and outcome criteria.

    Architecture and requirements
  3. 03

    Select and deliver

Compare options, shape the backlog and govern short delivery waves.

    Working journey
  4. 04

    Accept and improve

Validate end-to-end journeys, hand over operating rules and prioritise improvements.

    Governed improvement

FAQ

Before the first system decision.

Select a question to reveal the answer.

Does UkrConsult sell its own TMS or WMS?

No. We work on the client side: define the need, compare options and govern delivery. Where appropriate, relevant Intecracy Group products can form part of the architecture.

Can an existing system be modernised without full replacement?

Yes. The assessment may show that an integration layer, focused module or process change is better than a large migration.

Where does an engagement start?

With an initial conversation and a paid discovery with concrete outputs: problem map, target design and realistic plan.

Where is AI useful in logistics?

In documents and orders, anomaly detection, exception explanation and decision preparation. Critical actions stay under accountable human control.

START WITH THE DECISION

Turn a difficult system choice into a controlled decision.

Describe the process, current landscape and the decision that is blocked. We will define a focused assessment and its first output.
